I am writing to let you know that, following a period of consultation earlier this year, the Board has agreed to increase annual membership subscriptions for 2025/26.

Subscription rates have remained at the same level for over ten years, despite quite large cost of living increases, and from 1 November 2025 the annual membership subscription will rise to £50 per year (£25 for concessions).

The Board recognises that this may be a significant increase for some people and would encourage you to pay your membership subscription via a regular bank transfer of £4.17 per month (£2.08 for concessions).

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to the members that have been paying in this way for the past two years, and for the additional donations that many also make. These are definitely helping to place the radio station on a firmer financial footing and we do hope that they will continue. 

If you have concerns about being able to contribute financially, but feel able to help in other ways, then please consider helping out with other fundraising activities, such as attending outside broadcasts or helping to organise an event.
