Join us for a rare pop-up afternoon concert featuring Josué Tacoronte, master of the acoustic nylon-string guitar. Born and raised in Cuba, Josué has performed across the globe, blending Cuban classical, flamenco, and flamenco/fusion styles with unmatched skill and passion. His contributions to the Cuban guitar repertoire and his international collaborations have earned him acclaim as a performer, composer, and arranger.
Josué will be joined by Marty Howe, multi-instrumentalist extraordinaire, adding chromatic harmonica and flute to many Flamenco/fusion pieces, creating a rich, textured sound for an intimate performance.
Experience an afternoon of vibrant Cuban rhythms, flamenco flair, and global musical influences in an intimate Gabriola Island setting.
