You don't change the world. You change your mind about what you are. And the world follows.

This year I kept asking: what is it they don't see?

Not what's missing. Not what needs to be added. Not what requires fixing.

But what's hidden in plain sight.

The answer kept getting simpler:

They don't see that they are not the voice in their head. They are the awareness observing it.

2025 was about sharing what I see.

2026 is about helping others see more deeply.

Not as an idea. As recognition.

Everything—leadership, clarity, and resilience—follows from that one shift.

Everything else reorganizes.
