These three conversations I joined on LinkedIn recently felt worth returning to.
In the rush to adopt AI, I wonder if we’re overlooking the one capacity that matters most: the ability to pause. Not as a technique, but as something deeper.
We keep placing the blame on leadership. What if it's something deeper?
People don’t respond to techniques and masks. They respond to the absence of fear in another human being.
No conclusions. Just openings.
If one of these topics pulls you in, join me there or comment on this newsletter.

Afterword
A few weeks ago, I opened a free weekly space for those who felt drawn to pause and explore these questions together. Several people stepped forward, but the timing didn’t quite line up.
Rather than force a format, I let it rest. What’s emerged instead is a smaller, quieter space. Intentionally simple and intentionally unfinished.
Those who step in early will help shape what it becomes, simply by being there.
If it recognizes you, you can step through here:

If not, nothing changes. These weekly reflections will continue.
