What does it look like when leadership unfolds through us?
Two years ago, I realized I was seeing the world differently. It was subtle at first. I noticed that I was commenting more on LinkedIn posts and sharing what I saw.
When I shared this experience in one of my newsletters, a subscriber wrote back to me, “Bill, this is your USP.”
“This expanded perception enables me to share insights that bring greater clarity to complex situations, often revealing new perspectives to challenges that have defied solutions for decades.”
What I recognized wasn’t a new perspective, but a different place of seeing altogether—a clearer contact with reality.
As this clarity deepened, its impact showed up everywhere. Moments that once triggered reaction began to invite pause and response. Outcomes changed.
My days started to feel like a series of small miracles. I later came to see these weren’t events, but shifts in perception.
Last spring, I felt compelled to capture what was unfolding. The title arrived on its own: The Perception Miracle.
With no plan or outline, I followed what was emerging—daily posts and images, each catalyzed by something quietly unseen in my feed.
Over four months, more than 200 images and reflections took shape. Patterns revealed themselves. Those patterns became the SEE DIFFERENT Manifesto and the spine of the book, The Perception Miracle.
On February 5th, we begin the next Perception Miracle Odyssey.
What I’ve come to see is this: leadership doesn’t begin with doing together. It begins when the mind grows quiet and connection becomes natural.
If you're curious what it's like to experience leadership unfolding through you, guided by small daily miracles and synchronicities, I'd love to have you join us.
