Over the past months, it’s become clear to me that the work that matters most doesn’t really happen in this newsletter, on LinkedIn, or inside any algorithm.

It happens in the quiet spaces:
in what we notice together,
in how we see,
and in who we’re being while we listen.

Leadership development, as it’s usually practiced, adds more—more ideas, more models, more skills, more strategies.

The image I’m sharing with you today points to a different movement:

You become a portal through which leadership can flow into this world.

This is the shift I’m making in my own work:

• Less performing for the algorithm

• More space for direct experience

• Fewer words, deeper seeing

No presentation.
No teaching.
No fixing.

Just a shared space to notice what the image stirs, what comes into view, and what might be ready to fall away.
