Join us this Sunday for our monthly community ride around North Hudson.
Community Bike Ride - Sunday June 22 @ 10:30am
Kick off the summer with us as we go for our longest bike ride of the season so far on Sunday, June 22! We'll ride through each town in North Hudson, all the way from Braddock Park in North Bergen to 12th Street in Union City. Before the ride we will have a moment of silence for Eli Bender, the 6 year old who was struck and killed while riding his bicycle last week in Jersey City.

Recorreremos cada pueblo de North Hudson, desde Braddock Park en North Bergen hasta la calle 12 en Union City. Antes del paseo tendremos un momento de silencio en memoria de Eli Bender, el niño de 6 años que fue atropellado mientras andaba en bicicleta la semana pasada en Jersey City.

Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Bus At Braddock Park Entrance
On early Friday morning on May 30th, a pedestrian was fatally hit by a NJ TRANSIT bus driver near the entrance of Braddock Park. The intersection of Bergenline Avenue and Braddock Park is highly dangerous roadway for people walking, biking and driving.
It’s a very wide road in all directions with a lot of activity because of commuters who catch buses here, people who are enjoying the amenities of the park, and the commerce activity of Bergenline.
10 years ago a similar incident occurred at this intersection involving another NJ TRANSIT bus driver.
