True-crime to-dos
the true crime that's worth your time
As noted yesterday, I’ve undertaken a “31 True-Crime Things In 31 Days” project. It remains to be seen if I’ll finish said project, but when I’ve done similar movie-thons in the past, it’s really done wonders not just to clear off my watchlist/s, but to clarify my own tastes, let me forgive myself for not caring about properties I “should,” and so on.
Maybe you’ve got a “one of these days” list like mine. (Shorter, I hope.) Maybe you don’t get around to the older items on it because you can’t find them on streaming; maybe “everyone” raved about it but you get the sense you’ll feel underwhelmed; maybe it’s a case you used to care about but have cooled on. Let’s talk about it! What’s been sitting on your true-crime watchlist/TBR for ages — and why? - SDB
