The great Garrett Graff recommended London Falling in a recent newsletter and referred to Keefe's "exacting pacing and structure," and I found myself struck once again by that pacing, Keefe's thorough but efficient funneling of multiple sociological and historical contexts towards his central story – and by what Keefe doesn't do.
