Happy new year! Or, in my case, “happy ‘won’t know what weekday it is for sure until, like, January 18th’-mas,” but anyway, allegedly it is Tuesday, and in today’s thread we’d love to know what true crime you got into over the break! Any good books you got as gifts; any C-plus podcasts you’d advise us to avoid after a road-trip wrong pick; give us your recs, or tell us your true-crime resolutions for 2024.
Mine, as always, is to quit stuff I don’t like sooner, and as always, I won’t be as ruthless as I should be, BUT SPEAKING OF stuff we don’t like and quitting: we’re still weighing our options vis-a-vis leaving Substack.
