To that end, this doc is centered on the experiences of Mildred Muhammad, the ex-wife of DC Sniper John Muhammad and — in the words of the doc’s press release — ”reveals the chilling reality that the violence that gripped the D.C. area in 2002 was not a series of random killings, but part of a calculated plan rooted in manipulation, control, and domestic abuse driven by a single, dark obsession: John's relentless desire to murder his ex-wife so he could have custody of their three children.”
