“Violent parasomnia” doc Dead Asleep hits Hulu in a couple weeks. Hulu’s press materials say the film “flips the traditional thriller narrative to explore a deeper and more troubling mystery: Did a remorseful Randy Herman Jr. really commit a brutal murder in his sleep, or was it a convenient cover story?”

It’s one of the few tempting projects coming down the pike in December that I don’t have a screener for — yet — but I’ll definitely check it out at some point; it’s directed by Skye Borgman, who helmed Abducted In Plain Sight.
