Early last year I decided to start compiling some of the percussion-less songs I’ve been working on into an EP. The EP then sat unfinished until a month or two ago, and then shaped up into an LP during the winter storm last month.

It’s a collection of tracks that I’m hesitant to call ambient, but I guess could be called background music. Inspired by the usual guys; Terry Reilly, Steve Reich, Hiroshi Yoshimura, Tortoise, etc. All musicians who do it better than me, but I hope that my amateur recordings have enough character to make them interesting on their own.
