New guide: what Bitcoin mining really does

Explore proof-of-work in my latest interactive guide, shedding light on Bitcoin mining mechanics.

Hi,

I've just published a new instalment in my interactive Bitcoin series: a visual, hands-on exploration of proof of work.

If you've read my previous guides on mnemonic seed phrases and HD wallets, this one shifts from how your keys and addresses work to how the network securing them actually functions.

The article starts with a simple question: if there's no bank, how do thousands of strangers agree on who owns what? From there, it builds up through hashing, mining, and the difficulty adjustment, using interactive components at each step.

As always, I'd love to hear your thoughts - reply to this email if anything resonates or could be clearer.
