I Need to Hear From You
When I started this newsletter, I had some ideas about the type of content I wanted to create. I very much wanted to get into the intangible qualities of PowerShell. To discuss concepts and techniques that are rarely written about. To get you thinking about PowerShell in a different way.
I realize that some of my content has been deep and assumes previous experience. But I also recognize that many of my readers are still struggling to learn the fundamentals. Because you are making a financial and time investment, I want to maximize your ROI.
I want to provide more than technical documentation. You can go to https://learn.microsoft.com/powershell/scripting/overview?view=powershell-7.3 for that. But I need to know what type of content you are looking for? What were you expecting to learn? I hope you can guide me by taking a few minutes to answer a few polls. The polls will be open for a week.
I also welcome comments, suggestions, and feedback. The polls are limited. I’d love to hear what topics, products, or techniques you want to learn about. I want to be able to provide guidance on problems you are facing at work, but you have to tell me. I can’t do your work for you, but I want to help, and in guiding you, I can also teach.
I’ve tried to avoid platform-specific articles, such as managing Hyper-V with PowerShell. My focus is on PowerShell as a language and technology that you can apply anywhere and everywhere. The skills and concepts in this newsletter can be applied to managing Hyper-V, VMWare, Azure, AWS, or Active Directory.
If you prefer to share privately, you can email behind@jdhitsolutions.com.
Thank you.
