Sunday Shortcut: Log Caffeine
I love coffee and I love to get a good night’s sleep - as Mum to a 10 month old, I get to indulge in the former much more frequently than the latter!
The shortcut I’m sharing this week allows for quick and easy logging of caffeinated drinks. With an Apple Watch, I get lots of data about my sleep and heart rate, and I like to see how the timing of my morning coffee impacts those metrics.
‘Log Caffeine’ presents a quick menu with three options (Coffee, Tea and Coke) and then asks what time the drink was consumed, defaulting to the current time. You can customise the drink names and caffeine values by editing the dictionary at the start of the shortcut. The shortcut can also be used via Siri or on an Apple Watch.
