Sunday Shortcut: COVID Tracking
After avoiding it for the last few years, COVID finally found it’s way into our household last week. I wanted to keep track of how it was progressing, so made a quick shortcut leveraging the symptom tracking options in the Health app.
There are two main options - track data or symptoms. Under data, you can quickly record your blood oxygen levels, heart rate and body temperature. Under symptoms, you can log the presence of a number of common symptoms, taken from the NHS guide.
