Some of you will have noticed that we had a bit of an issue with our ticket sales last time round. We're really sorry for the bad experience some of you had. Not the vibe we're going for tbh.
If you double booked in the chaos and need a refund â drop us a line at info@basearcade.com with your reference number and we'll sort you out.
Onto the good news
We're putting the rest of the tickets on sale this Thursday 21st @ 8pm.
We sold just over half the tickets in the madness â and since then we've been working with our ticketing provider to smooth out the issues and improve the experience.
