Plan a 1 month of content in 1 hour

Welcome to Week 6 of Monday AI Moments.
By now you know what prompting is, you know how to give AI a role, you know which tool to use when. This week, we're putting it all together. Because knowing HOW to use AI is cool; actually USING it to save 10 hours a week is the point.
Here's the thing: most pet creators spend hours every week staring at a blank screen trying to think of what to post. You know that feeling. You sit down, open Instagram, scroll for 20 minutes, and then finally think of ONE caption. Rinse and repeat four times a week. That's hours. That's burnout.
What if you could plan a month of posts in one sitting? I'm not exaggerating. I do this every Sunday afternoon in about 1 hour. My content ideas are done for the month. I don't think about it again until the next month.
Here's How It Works
Instead of creating content one piece at a time (which is inefficient), you batch it. You tell AI your content themes for the month, your brand voice, the social media platforms you're posting on, and a couple examples of what works for YOUR audience. Then you ask it to generate!
This works because AI is really good at recognizing patterns from examples. When you give it 2-3 examples of content that actually got engagement or conversions from your account, it learns your style and what works. It learns what makes YOUR audience laugh or take action. Then it generates ideas that sound like you, not like a bot (even though it technically IS a bot).
The magic is in the setup. You don't just say "give me 30 captions." You say "here's what my audience responds to, here's my personality, here are 3 pieces of content that got 10k+ likes, now generate ideas like these but in these specific themes."
There is actually a way for Claude to grab this FOR you.
Try This Today:
Open up Instagram in Google Chrome (or whatever social media platform you’re using), log in, and go to your metrics dashboard.
In Claude, go to “Dispatch” – also make sure you have Claude Google Chrome add-in installed. Once those are done, open Claude Dispatch and put in this prompt [fill in the blanks first]:
I want to supercharge my Instagram [or whatever social media platform] and grow to 100k and start making an extra $[X] per month as quickly as possible. Go to my [social media] profile @BarktoBank [enter your username] navigate to my professional dashboard, analyze my metrics and assess all posts from the last 3 months and sort by posts with the most engagement and tell me trends, insights, and ways to recycle my best performing content and 3 specific things I should change to hit my growth and revenue goals.
Claude will tell you what the data is saying, How to recycle your top performing content, and 3 things to change right now.
Tell Claude to “put it into a word or google doc to download” > download it
From there, you can open up a new chat in claude (or even ChatGPT) and attach that document then put in this prompt:
You are an expert [whatever social media platform you are using] content strategist and conversion copywriter for the pet content creator niche. Please look at the attached analysis. I would like to create 30-days worth of content, 1 piece per day, based on this analysis. My goal is [x]. My business is: [describe your business or goals of your account]. My audience is: [describe your audience]
In each piece of content for each day, please give me:
1. Video or image idea
2. Caption (500 words or less)
3. Suggest a CTA
Keep each output clear, relevant, and action-focused with one clear takeaway per piece.
Use my original voice and based on your memory and what you know about me so far. I want a content plan I can execute fast, with no overthinking. Please also humanize this so it does not appear robotic or written by AI.
Ask me any clarifying questions you need answers to in order to give me the best possible output. Do you understand?
Pro Tip
Don't just accept the content as is. Use them as inspiration, then personalize 2-3 of your favorites. Add your own jokes, your dog's actual name, specific details. That takes 10 minutes and makes them feel 100% authentically you. But the heavy lifting of brainstorming? That's done.
Also, save this prompt. You'll use it every month. Just swap out your themes and your examples and it works every single time.
Why This Works
Most people waste time because they're trying to create content in a vacuum. One post at a time. No system. Just vibes and hope.
But here's the thing: your brain is terrible at creative work when you're tired and under pressure which is most of us. Batch creating removes the pressure. You sit down once, do the work, and you're done. For a month. Your brain can't burn out on something you're not doing anymore.
Plus, when you give AI real examples of what works for YOUR account and an analysis, it doesn't generate generic content. It learns your voice. That's the difference between "this sounds like AI" and "wait, did they write this or did AI write this?" (Spoiler: you want the second one.)
