Because I am a chaos gremlin I forgot to email y'all that Why I Hated You So Much is out now! The reviews are calling it a beautiful love story, a demon makes an angel cum on a bible, and it's short so like you should definitely read it.
I have my paperback proof copy which means paperbacks should be available in the next couple weeks! ☺️

But I’ve got another sneak peek just for subscribers… I’ll be spinning up a new pen name this year, ideally for a full launch around spooky season. I’ve been sitting on a few stories that I’m super excited about, but that don’t quite fit the “Monster Romance” theme of my main writing. There are some romantic elements, but these stories aren’t structurally romances.
They’re still monstrous, of course. Still pretty cozy. But a little… squishier. A little… goopier. A little… eggier. (Okay, a lot eggier.)
I’m still trying to nail down the right tagline for this pen name, which is why y’all are getting an early peek! Without further ado…
Didn’t Avis capture the smirk perfectly?? Because this is the face I make whenever I finish one of these stories. 😈
You’ll still find the Bethany Baker signature “everyone is having a good time” vibes. And where these stories sit on the creepy-to-sexy continuum for you will depend on how into slime you are. 🤭 There’s still always a happy ending—for the monster, anyway. 😉
