Book notes—The Score Takes Care of Itself by Bill WalshThis book probably wasn't for me. I didn't particularly resonate with the sports aspects, which made up ~70% of the book. The rest was great.
However, I appreciate the title of the book, The Score Takes Care of Itself.If you do all the right things to precision, then the score takes care of itself.
Updated Zotero workflow
The Zotero v6 update broke a lot of Zotero workflows, so a lot of people has asked me how I use Zotero & Obsidian.
I have previously shared an updated method for how I do this in this newsletter, but the plugin I mentioned has not been updated in a long time, and as such, does not work anymore.
So I took to make something myself.Presenting, the updated How I Read Research Papers with Obsidian and Zotero.In this updated workflow, I share how I read research papers with Zotero and import them into Obsidian with a custom script.This even works on mobile devices, which none of the other methods I know of do.
The new method also allows for upgraded customizability, which has been facilitated through the use of QuickAdd.
