im moving (oops)
hi! ok so like. i know i haven’t exactly used this newsletter much but every time it just felt kinda daunting to like, write a whole big Thing, especially when i didn’t really have big announcements or progress on things to report a lot of the time. so, i’m moving over to my neocities page! it has an rss feed, but any page on there i tag with #update (could be a blog post! could be a page i wrote about a new project! could be just random thoughts! could be anything!) will get sent to the rss feed.

im kinda, hoping i’ll end up doing smaller updates but more often with this system. which should hopefully be easier for me to keep up with. plus neocities is cool and i had a lot of fun setting up this site (i made it with a static site generator thingie made by aloe (https://aloe.gay/)). anyway, might as well do one final update here on my projects:
there’s been one internet record shop compilation out since my last update here, but it was a few months ago and it’s kinda been on hiatus since. i’m hoping to do another one over the summer at some point as i have some spare time again, but i do think it’s likely compilations will be more sporadic in future as i just, don’t have that much time generally at the moment
https://youtu.be/inu47znvaZU?feature=sharedi’ve been making music as always. i put one album on my bandcamp, which is a collection of synthwave tunes i wrote for a space-themed visual novel made for a game jam (https://avoset.bandcamp.com/album/roadtrip-in-space-ost). i also have a new ep releasing this friday (friday 13th june)! it’s called florae and it’s digital fusion/vgm-ish, for the most part, it’ll be up on bandcamp first, and then i’ll slowly be releasing individual songs on soundcloud and youtube. i’ve also been just posting single songs on my soundcloud and youtube - a few days ago i started experimenting with cables.gl for making videos and made a cool visualiser thing for a remix i did of antonymph (by vylet pony):
