short newsletter for july - i’ve been *very *busy experiencing emotions very deeply and stressing about the future. between the bouts of sadness and work, i’ve been spending a lot of time at the pottery studio practicing on the wheel, and knitting socks - photos next time, i promise :-) in spite of it all, i am finding joy in the small things yet -
salmon rice bowls, chartreuse self-striping sock yarn, warm summer days on my bike, pretty pottery glazes, sean paul, being a regular at the local donut shop, D20 Cloudward, Ho!, weird mushrooms, and making tattoo appointments for the fall to look forward to.
my last little note is that i’m moving my newsletter to a new platform which won’t change pretty much anything for you, reader. you won’t have to resubscribe and will keep hearing from me in your inbox like usual :) substack hosts some pretty shitty people with no repercussions and i don’t want to support this site by using it anymore. for now, i’ll be sending from buttondown, which seems cool and affordable for me.
