Today! Synthon 909
If you're not doing anything today (Thursday 9/11) at noon PDT, tune in for my live set inspired by the 909 drum machine. (Sorry for the late notice but I'll make a highlight so people can watch the replay.)
I had a hard time putting this set together because I'm in kind of a weird spot with my music right now. Listening to the music I made even just a few years ago brought up a lot of feelings about whether I'm moving in the right direction. It's ok, I know this is all part of the process and my flute teacher has been a helpful sounding board for working through it. As a result I'm spending more time on the homework side of things — music theory, sound design, and learning tools. I'll probably be making some videos about that.
