Seattle Zinefest July 20th

TRANSplants will have a table for the Seattle Zinefest! Last year was really fun and the Quality Flea Center is a cool venue worth checking out if you haven’t yet. It’s slated for redevelopment so come by sooner than later!
Location: 420 15th Ave E (the old grocery store)
Time: 12 - 6 pm
We will be releasing Trannimon, a new mini zine illustrated by Madi Gali (preview below). Not available online so stop by!
You can follow Seattle Zine Fest on instagram and bluesky.
The organizers for this event are really rad and front the cost of putting it on. Sophie and Briar do not charge a tabling fee or entry fee, so if you can, I strongly encourage you to throw them a few bucks to help cover the expense of Zinefest and make sure it will happen in the future.

June 30th Virtual Reading Event

I’ll be reading along with a few others this Monday, June 30th, at 5pm pacific on Zoom. I’ve been banging out a lot of short speculative fiction recently about the environment, systems we accept as fixed, and gender.
The zoom link is here where you can also register for a reminder.
