[Oct 30] Dowman ban upheld, Reid out until Christmas, Kroupi interest reported, and more
The Bottom Line
Men: An independent commission rejected Arsenal's appeal against Max Dowman's red card at Fleetwood, so the 16-year-old misses Sunday's trip to Liverpool and the games with Hull and Newcastle. Arsenal are reported to have asked about Bournemouth's Eli Junior Kroupi, who the Cherries do not want to sell in January. Anfield kicks off at 4.30pm on Sky Sports Main Event.
Women: Katie Reid is out until at least Christmas after hurting an ankle in training, a year on from a ruptured ACL. Kim Little is back, and Arsenal host Aston Villa at Emirates Stadium at 12pm on Sunday.
