A Busy Season (Spring 2026)

Hello! It’s been a minute since I had much to share, and now I feel like I have a lot to drop at once. Let’s get into it :)

Announcements

  • The #InverteFEST Anthology I contributed has been released! Featuring 17 collaborations between artists and writers, all centering different invertebrates. Here’s the illustration I drew for the story “The Potter and Her Prey” by Jesse Jing.

Illustration in yellow, green, black, and purple of a Potter Wasp perched on its nest, in which a nervous caterpillar is looking up at her. The border of the illustration contains many items and scenes from the story

  • In honor of April being Autism Acceptance Month, the Autistic Creative Hub did another Game Jam! This is the 4th year ACH has done this, and my 2nd year as a participant. Check out our game, Vernal Awakening, as well as the other games from this year’s jam.

Yellow text reads "VERNAL AWAKENING". A pink haired fairy sitting on a flower is in front, with trees and various plants behind.

  • There’s only 6 days left to purchase Twenty Thousand Leagues: An Ocean Celebration Zine. This honestly might be my favorite collab book that I’ve been a part of. The quality of art that went into it is incredible, and it features my personal favorite illustration that I made in all of 2025. You can download it for $12, which will be donated directly to the Ocean Conservation Trust.

Upcoming

  • 5/2-5/2: I’ll be tabling at Chicago Alternative Comics Expo (CAKE) in the Irish American Heritage Center. Come find me at table 302b!

  • 5/16: I’ll be tabling at Detroit Zine Fest at the Jam Handy.

Recent Art

It’s been 3 (almost 4) months of Patreon rewards! These items are also available in my store now, but April’s won’t be :) These are some of my favorite things I’ve ever made to be honest, and I’m excited to see what an entire year of these look like!

  • Pile of colorful beetle zines
    Exquisite Beetle Zine (January Reward)
Relief printing with black ink on blue paper of a bear standing at the top of a waterfall with a fish in its mouth
Bear in River Lino Print (February Reward)
Accordian fold playlist zine with a colorful sleeve that makes it look like an ipod
I Used to Be Sad Zine (March Reward)
  • I started working on a new comic called Eta Carinae. It’s in the early pages still, but I’m uploading to Patreon as I go and will share updates when the comic is complete and available elsewhere.

Crop of a larger comic page. A large blue star person is holding a small pink/yellow star person. Text reads "But I don't think Blue wants to die either. Not really."

What’s Next?

Not much until June! I tripped my way into working full time for a couple of months, so I’m going to be pretty focused on that and tabling this spring. In the time that I do have, I want to make more comic progress. I’ve been pretty focused on this game jam recently, but I have a long line of comics I’d like to draw soon.
