New game reveal: Ascent DX
Hey, Johan here from Apskeppet to let you know that we are close to releasing our next game!
Ascent is a tiny metroidvania with a big heart. Stranded on an alien planet with no way of coming home you try to uncover the mystery of what happened to its former inhabitants. As you explore the world, key items and upgrades slowly opens up more and more, allowing you to fulfil your fate.
Originally made for Lowres Jam 2022, this new deluxe version comes packed with lots of upgrades! To mention a few:
size of the world almost doubled
new lore specific items at new locations
new platforming challenges
upgraded graphics
upgraded controls
save/load system
