Icy Tower Reveal Round-up and FAQ
A week has passed since we announced that we’re making a new Icy Tower game.
We’re literally blown away by the positive response. So many have shared stories how they played the original game back in the day and the joy it brought them. The press release was also picked up by a few notable online publications and they wrote some really nice and personal articles.
We took a new direction with the graphics for the game, aiming for vibrant and colourful pixel art. People are loving it which is really reassuring. This gives us the confidence to make more tower themes with very varying looks.
Let’s look at some numbers:
We got more than 6000 wishlists so far on Steam. This is a massive amount in such a short timespan and it is really motivating us that so many are as hyped for the game as we are.
Our trailer has more than 50 000 views. The comment section is packed with positive comments and general cheering.
A third of all wishlists are from Poland so far. Clearly a massive fanbase over there!
