Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner, tonight, Feb 17, 5:30pm-7:00pm. Come and enjoy pancakes with us on the night before Lent starts!
Ash Wednesday Service, Feb 18, 6pm.
Lent Liturgy primer: After the Ash Wednesday service, I will offer an overview of the Lenten liturgy we will be using — which is nearly the same as what we used in Advent. Why some of the prayers are chosen, and the purpose of placement where they are. If you would like to learn more, plan to stay for after the Ash Wednesday liturgy.
Thursday evenings for Lent, excluding Feb 19, we will be having Soup Suppers, Evening Prayer, and Bible Study.
Bishop Menees will be visiting and preaching on Sunday, Feb 22nd, with confirmation! After Coffee hour, he will be giving a presentation on the Diocese’s vision for future ministry development and the capital campaign to accomplish it.
