The tea, the subconscious, & pass updates
Kia ora, yogis!
If you've been to any of my in-person classes, you know that we always do a theme of the month. It's a fun way to really experience how Kundalini yoga has the ability to build in our systems, creating a momentum that results in deep change and empowerment. In March we focused on "eating for health" meditations that used apples, pears, plums... it was a pretty tasty! (Sorry if you missed that one, I ate an extra apple for you.) Now it's April, and over the next few weeks we'll focus on cleaning ðïžâðšïž the subconscious. ðïžâðšïž
Lots of garbage and personal baggage can get caught up there, so it's good to go in and give yourself routine care. Otherwise, detritus and cobwebs build up which inhibits you from reaching (or even realizing) your full potential. We'll support ourselves all month long with the Habituation Meditation, a short but powerful practice. And if you come to my all-levels classes, we'll do some some nice subconscious meditations (think Kundalini lite) with more focus on gentle movement and traditional poses, building up to sciatica care. Yeowch!

THURSDAYS~

I'm delighted to say that the community halls no longer require a vaccine pass for my Kundalini classes, so no need to flash it when you come in anymore! You will still need one for my all-levels classes, as those are funded by TÅ« Ora Compass Health who are continuing the vax pass requirement until the end of the month. But most importantly, yogi tea returns this week for all classes!!! We will have cups, but feel free to bring your own vessel. Looking forward to it. See you there! â â â
Sat Nam & Cheers,
Angelica
