Today the live version of FUTURE_YOGA is back! We're gathering to do a little grounding and cosmic connection, learning to tune ourselves so we can command time, space, and destiny. It is very powerful but also very casual. Come through!

1-2pm NZT (Thursday) / 5-6pm PST (Wednesday)
Our in-person classes are chugging along as normal, but some are ending soon!!!!! The Newtown Community Centre will close for construction beginning mid-April. This means our Wednesday morning class is only going for three more weeks. Join us to practice and drink some tea before this lovely class ends!
The current class schedule is:
🌷 Tuesdays, 6-7:15pm at the Innermost Gardens 🌷
At the foot of Mt. Victoria, between Lawson Place & the Mt Vic Bowling Club
🌻 Wednesdays, 10-11am at the Newtown Community & Cultural Centre 🌻
