last month of Tuesdays in Mt Vic!

You may have heard... it's our last month of Tuesday evening classes in Mt Vic! After several years, this class is heading to a close. But not without finishing up June, for that's the best theme in all my classes -- it's my birthday month, so I only teach my favorite kriyas!! These are the ones that I've tested out, put my sweat into, and gotten astronomical results. These are my bread and butter. If you want to experience the sets that turned my life around, be sure to make a Monday or Wednesday class before the month ends.
So why are we ending Tuesday evenings after a three year long streak? Well, honestly -- it's time for me to travel back to the USA to see my family (hi mom!!!!)! With Aotearoa's borders opening up post-pandemic, I'm excited to be able to travel again. Locals, I'll be back in a few months, but catch me while you can ;) meanwhile, I'm setting up a few pop-up classes through the United States, so my American friends have a chance to practice with me. ✨
What can we expect after the next month? Wednesday classes will continue -- I'm still teaching through mid-July -- and then be covered by another teacher. The same is true for our lovely Tuesday gentle yoga and Thursday all-levels Hatha yoga classes. I will miss you all so much!! Please be sure to stop by and say hello to me before I leave for a few months.

10-11:15 AM Gentle all-levels yoga (and baby friendly!) at the Newtown Community Hall, 71 Daniell St
6:30-7:45 PM Kundalini yoga at the Innermost Gardens in Mt Victoria, between Lawson Place & the Mt Vic Bowling Club (LAST DAY: JUNE 28TH)
WEDNESDAYS:
12-1 PM Kundalini yoga at the Newtown Community Hall, 71 Daniell St
THURSDAYS:
10-11:15 AM All-levels yoga at the Newtown Community Hall, 71 Daniell St
Tuesday, JUNE 21ST will be an extra special class because of the solstice - a vortex day where we can really uplevel our power. We'll have an extra long cosmic meditation to set ourselves up right for the season ahead, followed by snacks and golden milk.
