Kundalini Yoga back on in Welly

Hello friends,

Happy new year! We're back on for Kundalini Yoga in Wellington and I'm looking forward to seeing you all. The local schedule is back on starting... immediately!! Tonight!!!

Tuesdays, 6-7:15pm at the Innermost Gardens

at the foot of Mt. Victoria, between Lawson Place & the Mt Vic Bowling Club

Wednesdays, 10-11am at the Newtown Community & Cultural Centre

on the corner of Rintoul & Colombo St

Both classes are still koha and at their regular spots. Unfortunately there's no yogi tea this week (my big vintage hot beverage dispenser broke!) (let me know if you see a cool similar one in a local opshop?) but otherwise, it's business as usual. We'll have a nice soft start back, something really hypnotic and meditative and empowering. :)
