Hope you are having a lovely weekend and excited to receive some links in your inbox.

Since the last instalment I've completed the coast to coast ride (a wet, very very wet 325km) and also ridden a loaded cargo bike to Brighton via my favourite hilly route. For doing these silly things people have been generous, very generous, and I have raised £3,225 + £692 in gift aid for Coram. It's always hard finding cycling challenges that might inspire people to put their hand in their pockets as being on a bike is not a chore for me. There's always the constant need to find something that little bit harder and the cargo bike ride definitely hit the spot! Collectively we have raised £83,953 which is great and hope that number continues to grow! Anyway, enough euphoric celebration of cycling exploits, here's your damn links.
