Occasional links - 09.03.2024 🚲🚆
Hello,
How’s things? I’m sat in a cafe in Girona piecing this together on my phone so please excuse any weird formatting and typos. I was meant to be riding to Cannes last Thursday morning but the Spanish customs had other ideas for me. They decided I should stay here, rest and enjoy this beautiful city. Who am I to argue. Anyway, enough about me, here are five things I found interesting since the last time I emailed.
Arno Ritter, Werner Neuwirth Atelierhaus, 2021
A dream studio space to work. Thanks to Daniel Hewitt for the link.
Carrying plants and trees on bicycles
That’s it. That’s the link. Beautiful images of people not needing cars.
The Soviet Union's Deadly Abandoned Nuclear Generators
Tiny little nuclear power sources formerly used to power remote communications outposts, now falling into disrepair.
‘In construction, it stands out’: how ‘& Daughters’ became a firm favourite
Thanks to David Taylor for the link. The title is self explanatory hopefully.
Our dog link back by popular request - thanks Vaughan.
That’s all for this week. Sorry to short change you but compiling this on a phone is hard work!
See you soon for more links.
Love as always,
Andy xx
