I have another story out in the world! Flame Tree Press included my story “Stitching Time” in their Myth & Fiction podcast this week as a teaser for their A Breath of Time anthology. A Breath of Time will include “Stitching Time” and many other romantasy stories themed around time, and I absolutely recommend picking it up when it is out in May (or preordering now). “Stitching Time” was the rare foray into both time travel and straightforward romance for me, and I had a blast writing it. The first draft was finished the same night I turned in my grad school thesis, so I associate the whole story with the mad dash toward the end, the intense blend of adrenaline and exhaustion that got me over the line. It’s been revised, since, of course, but I like to think it kept some of the flavor of desperate fun from that first draft

“This Obituary has been Redacted” by P.C. Verrone in Strange Horizons is so strange and wonderful. I love an epistolary or mixed media format, and this does the absolute most with it. Highly recommend!
