Margaret liked to attend poetry readings, concerts, and pop up shows with Steven. Sometimes, when she was bored, she would suggest night drives to the lake. Once he tried to kiss her and she slapped his face. She figured, what he didn’t know, wouldn’t hurt him. He was fine with that.
