January 25th, 2023 | How to scale

A couple weeks ago I spoke with Jordan Ross from 8 figure agency.

I told him I am constantly hitting a ceiling at around 10-12 clients.

I asked him what advice would he give to me in order to scale.

He simply said, hire an account manager.

I will probably hire a second virtual assistant and train them to do account managing stuff.
