Alex's free Halloween story 🧛
Happy Halloween!
It’s Alex here, with a quick book update and a new, free short story.
I’ve added a new store option, on itch.io, this month. One of the things I loved about my old Gumroad page was how easy it made offering PDF versions of stories (a format I know a lot of readers liked, too). This new store will mean I can once again offer my own PDF and ePub files.
To celebrate, I figured what better time to share a new, free story with you. And, since it’s Halloween, it only seems right that “Trick And Treat” is (kinda) vampire themed - though think sexy, not scary!

A fun, unexpected thing this month turned out to be two reviews of my stories. “Seven Days To Squirm” was reviewed at Word Suitcase. I was a bit surprised: it’s not the romance they usually focus on, but they wrote some incredibly nice things about the balance of sex and emotions in my writing.
(If you’ve not already read it, “Seven Days To Squirm” is currently on sale through to the end of November: just $2.99 through all the usual places)
Then, Smut Report reviewed “Xander Shows Me My Prostate” which I know is a favorite for a lot of readers (and a “proper” romance, despite the ridiculous name!) Again, I couldn’t have expected such a generous review.
As I know I’ve said before, I truly appreciate every review and rating. I know it can be annoying to do, but it really does make a difference to sales for a self-publishing author like myself!
If all goes to plan, I hope to have another book releasing sometime in November. Thanks, as always, for your messages, and for reading!

p.s. Before you go, a question…
