• Bring clean garden shears and warm clothes.

• Learn how to maintain your own willow patch.

• Participants will receive some cuttings to take home to plant.

Willow Planting at GoodNote:

Sunday, April 7th, 10 am - 4pm, weather permitting

Maryann will be letting us know the exact date once we get a bit closer. If you are worried about missing her post, or are not in the Facebook Group, let me know and I will do my best to keep you in the loop.

• Learn how to plant your own willow patch and help us create our first cooperative willow patch.

• Maryann is offering to let us plant some willow in Jo's old garden patch. This will be a cooperative project that will hopefully lead to us having more willow available for classes and for those of us with limited access to land. More details to come as we work things out. If you are interested in joining a willow growing coop or could help coordinate this project, please reach out on our Facebook Group or email me at [email protected].

You can find Tania's future class offerings on her Facebook or Instagram.  She teaches at her studio "Studio TK"  just southwest of Tofield.

Sarah and Karla will be offering classes for those who live down by Calgary. Sarah has promised to post any classes she is offering in the Facebook Group, Karla will likely do the same.

Candice has a home base in BC and Alberta, she splits her time teaching throughout both provinces. You can find out more about the classes she is offering and events she is attending on her Facebook Page. She also has an awesome Beginner Willow Weaving Group on Facebook.

Jo is gearing up for a busy summer growing flowers on her farm, but we do occasionally see her offering workshops, in and around the Edmonton area. You can find her on Instagram, Facebook, and her Website.

Cathie has been known to travel from her home in Yellowknife to teach classes in Alberta. We will do our best to make sure all of her classes are shared in the Alberta Natural Baskets Facebook Group.
