One AI trick that will save you an hour on Monday

Trick of the week: Turn any meeting into an action plan in 90 seconds
Next time you finish a meeting, do this:
- Record the meeting (Teams, Zoom, or just your phone's voice recorder)
- Upload the transcript to Claude.ai (free account is enough)
- Paste this prompt:
Read this meeting transcript. Extract: (1) decisions that were made, (2) action items with assigned owners and deadlines, (3) questions that were left open. Format as a brief email to send to attendees.
Result: You get a ready-to-send email to participants in 90 seconds. Not in an hour. Not the next day. Immediately.
Why this works better than Copilot/Otter: Those tools give you a summary. You don't need a summary, you need a list of decisions and tasks. The difference between "we know what was said" and "we know what to do" is the difference between a useless document and action.
