I wanted to send a time-sensitive reminder that we'll be reading Resisting AI by Dan McQuillan very soon (starting January 12), so if you haven't ordered the book, you should order the book (or the ebook) sooner rather than later.

If you're worried you won't get it in time, bookshop.org has the book in epub/ebook format.

Next week I'll email with a reminder of how the reading group works, but the gist is that we'll read a chapter (and maybe an online article) each week, and you'll be able to participate a couple of different ways (including the signal group chat and video chats on Thursdays).
