Description:
This is a workshop for people who are looking to improve their collaboration game.
During the workshop the participants will write a story together in Google docs. But that’s just an excuse to experience what it’s like to work in a highly paced, creative and truly collaborative way.
Learning outcomes:
- How you and others react when the collaboration knobs are turned to 11
- What a collaborative group look and feel like
- How you can adapt your working environment to improve group work
- Why eXtreme Collaboration is needed in software development efforts
Process: The participants are divided into groups of 3-4 persons. Each group needs at least one computer with Internet access to Google Docs.
Target Audience: Software Developers, Project Managers, Agile Coaches, Business Developer, C-level managers.
