Let's meet and talk accessibility in real-life
In 2019, I was away for over 180 days on business travel for Tenon. Much of that was travel for Microsoft, who had hired me to train their developers on accessibility. As part of that engagement, I went around the world to Redmond (of course), India, Paris, Copenhagen, Germany, Bozeman MT, and more. I also appeared at several conferences throughout the world. According to Kayak, I went around the earth 3x in 2019. Then, of course, Covid happened.
2024 is shaping up to be quite active and I just put the finishing touches on 9 trips between this coming Sunday and July.
March 2 - 7: Vienna, AT for Zero Project Conference
March 9 - 14: Anaheim, California, US for CSUN Assistive Technology Conference
March 17 - 21: Manchester, UK for Ticketing Professionals Conference
March 22 - 26: Paris, FR (to connect with friends in the accessibility community)
March 27 - April 4: Berlin, DE for the Global Disability Summit
April 5 - 6: Orlando, Florida, US for the Orlando Code Camp
May 12 - 16: Austin, TX, US for AccessU
May 22 - 26: Würzburg, DE the Accessibility Club Summit
June 22 - 26: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US for the NIVA Conference
In you're in any of these places the same time as me, I'd love to get together!
