🎥 Watch: 39-year old Brit Sir Mark Cavendish broke the record for most ever Tour de France stage wins. Especially if you know his story, the video of his post-win interview will bring a smile to your face.
And if you don’t know Sir Mark’s story, his documentary is worth a watch.
🎽 Train: Are half-marathons getting a bit boring? 26.2 starting to feel a bit too easy? If you’re ready to level up to 50k, here’s a smart training plan for beginners.
🎧 Listen: What is space weather? It’s not space tornados or star lightning, but it’s still an interesting subject. Fellow space nerds: dive into the topic on NASA’s Curious Universe podcast.
