            Volunteer for Meal Prep at Glide Church

What: Recent religious spats notwithstanding, GLIDE Church has been an example of mission-driven social services and a San Francisco institution for decades.Second to its activism, GLIDE is most famous for their free meals program - serving 2400 meals a day to the local community.
The GLIDE Daily Free Meals Program needs help preparing food as well as serving it— their chefs spend most of the day cooking which leaves little time for prep.

Volunteers will help chop vegetables, sort food donations, make salads, and assemble bagged lunches.

When: Sunday, March 22, 9:30am - 11:30am [If another date works better I can always move it around, let me know in the sign up form]

Where: Glide Memorial Church, 330 Ellis St, San Francisco, CA 94102

Cost: None

Requirements: Sign a waiver. Wear closed-toed shoes and a hairnet (or BYO hat).
