As I mentioned a while ago, November and December were going to be busy months and so here we are, with the show returning in January. Handmade Seattle was fun and I still have to process some stuff that I recorded. NDC Oslo was also interesting, although kinda crazy on the last day when the Norwegian government added a bunch of covid restrictions with zero notice.
Andrew's HMS talk on Data Oriented Design is available here.
Jakub also showed a demo of ZLD.
My talk from NDC is not out yet, hopefully I'll be able to share a link in the next issue :^)
Oh, yeah, also Zig 0.9.0 got released today!
Go check out the release notes, there's a ton of stuff in this release.
Finally, a reminder about two notable Twitch streams that started recently:
Make sure to toss them all a follow and to say hi in chat when you watch them :^)
Happy festivities!

We all have our favorite OS. For some it's macOS, for others it's Linux. Some like Windows on ARM, but we don't kink shame. I, for one, use NixOS btw. Today's guest likes Plan9 and decided to improve Zig's support for it.
With the Zig community
Zig RUSH! is our version of lightning talks, with a twist: there's no signup process so nobody knows what we're going to see until the last minute. If you're interested in participating, take a look at this page.
See you at showtime,
