What's Happening In Warminster đź“«
Office of the Township Manager Message
It has been a busy month here in Warminster Township, as nearly 2,500 residents visited our eCode site to learn more about our township ordinances. Warminster Township’s eCode site provides residents with access to all the municipality's adopted ordinances. An Ordinance is a piece of legislation enacted by a municipal authority, or a law, such as a local, city, or county rule, that regulates conduct within that specific municipality. Think of it as a local version of a state or federal law, covering things like parking, noise, zoning, and more.Â
In the last 30 days, the top 10 searched topics on the Warminster Township eCode portal have been: Noise, Rooster, Frost, Shed, Rubbish, Inoperable, Section 302 (Exterior Property Areas), Boat, Pool, and Setback Offsets—reflecting common questions about property upkeep and neighborhood quality-of-life standards. We appreciate residents using the eCode site as a resource and encourage continued engagement with these tools.
Thank you for staying informed and engaged in our community. To explore these topics or search other Township codes, please visit our eCode portal at: Township of Warminster, PA Table of Contents.

Blue Envelope program
The Warminster Police are excited to become one of the newest departments to offer the Blue Envelope program. If you are unaware, the Blue Envelope Program is primarily aimed at drivers with autism spectrum disorder, and also can apply to those with other communication difficulties, anxiety, or conditions that might impact their ability to communicate during a traffic stop, accident, or other interactions with police.
In the Blue Envelope Program, drivers carry a Blue Envelope in their vehicle. The front of the envelope contains notes for the officers explaining that the driver may be on the autism spectrum. On the back of the envelope, it includes instructions for the driver on what they should do during a traffic stop. Both sides of the Blue Envelope have tips for police and drivers to help their interaction with the driver go as smoothly as possible.
Police activity can impair the driver’s ability to communicate, or they may have difficulty understanding or responding to questions, or they might display physical signs of being uncomfortable. This envelope was developed to help calm those instances.
Drivers in the program are instructed to let law enforcement know they have a Blue Envelope and to retrieve the envelope when asked by police. It’s recommended that special needs drivers keep their driver’s license, registration, and insurance information ( or updated copy of those documents) in the Blue Envelope, along with the information sheet that contains the emergency contacts.
If you or a family member needs an envelope, please come the the Warminster Police Hq, located at 401 Gibson Ave, Warminster, PA. The envelopes are in the pamphlet holder by the front door. In each envelope is a sticker for the rear window, which will further help the officers identify a person participating in the Blue envelope program.
