Office of the Township Manager Message

Hi everyone! Thank you for reading our weekly township eBlast – we hope the information is helpful! We will be introducing a NEW feature starting next week that will be a message from your friendly Township Manager! This could be anything related to our upcoming budget season, staff updates or other fun tidbits that you might like to hear about. Think of it as similar to the Scoop with our Chairman but from the Township Manager instead. I look forward to sharing my thoughts with you on a variety of topics in the coming months – stay tuned! And, please if you have suggestions for topics you’d like to learn more about send them to townshipmanager@warminsterpa.org and we will do what we can to include them.

Halloween Tips

Safety Tips for Drivers
#1: Be alert for trick-or-treaters and other pedestrians.
#2: Slow down and scan the road. Remember: Slower speeds save lives.
#3: Watch for young trick-or-treaters in unexpected places. Children may be unaware of traffic and dart into the street unexpectedly.
#4: If you see a drunk driver, contact law enforcement.

Safety Tips for Pedestrians
#5: Before festivities begin, create a “buddy system” to get each other home safely and prevent walking alone.
#6: Follow the rules of the road and obey signs and signals.
#7: If possible, cross streets at crosswalks or intersections. Look for cars in all directions, including those turning left or right.
